BCI is committed to delivering professional, reliable, and responsive warranty support throughout the warranty period of all vehicles.
At the time of every new vehicle delivery, a Warranty Certificate is issued to formally record the warranty commencement date with the BCI Warranty Department. Customers may also request a copy of the BCI Warranty Information Booklet, which outlines warranty coverage, limitations, and the responsibilities of the vehicle owner, manufacturer, dealer, and service providers.
Should a customer experience a concern they believe may be covered under warranty, they should contact their nearest authorised BCI dealer as soon as possible so that the issue can be assessed and the appropriate corrective action arranged.
Certain components supplied by secondary manufacturers, including engines, transmissions, air conditioning systems, axles, and steering components, may carry their own manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty claims relating to these components may either be submitted directly to the component manufacturer or coordinated on the customer’s behalf through an authorised BCI dealer.
In circumstances where a vehicle is unable to attend an authorised BCI repair facility, warranty repairs may be arranged through an approved external repairer, but the nearest authorised BCI dealer must be notified to confirm warranty eligibility first.
