We have always available a multiskilled team of technicians undertaking pre-deliveries, maintenance, warranty and repair works, redirecting or coordinating with third workshops to ensure our customers’ buses have the required support anywhere needed. Our workshops include multiple service bays, heavy vehicle hoists and lifts, special tooling, diagnosis software and machinery to guarantee excellence in After Sales support, plus 24/7 breakdown vehicles ready to attend any emergency involving BCI buses on road.
Additionally, BCI assists their customers to service their own vehicles when required or liaise with a commercial vehicle workshop or remote service provider wherever necessary around the country in regional Australia.
