New BCI Dealerships

New BCI Dealerships Date Released: 10/10/2015

BCI’s level of success has not changed the way the family focused manufacturer does business.  The family values extend through the network of experienced dealers, who work to offer customers the highest level of after-sales support and a parts inventory valued over 1.7 million dollars across all the dealerships.
“Over the years we’ve experienced phenomenal growth and today, BCI is one of the largest bus and coach companies in Australasia” - BCI founder and chairman, Ron J. Nazzari
When Ron established the BCI brand in 1991 it was a small family-run operation in Perth.
Recently, BCI has expanded its dealership locations adding another 3 large and comprehensive dealerships in Brisbane (Rocklea), Adelaide (Parafield Gardens), and Melbourne (Hallam).
With the expansion of the dealerships across the east coast of Australia, BCI is set to provide its customers with Quality, Value and Reward.

The Brisbane dealership in Rocklea offers a large inventory to the northern NSW clientele.  An abundance of space (over 4,500 square metres) for parts and service will fulfil every need of the northern NSW customers making each visit an easy experience.  Our range of BCI stock vehicles are also readily available so we can better support your company’s desires on the spot!
BCI’s new dealership in Hallam has a large site area (over 4,200 square metres) set to provide one stop reliability for our industry personnel.  The dealership offers a workshop and parts store of over 1,300 square metres, paired with a highly skilled sales team with over 30 years industry experience.
Cameron Millen is our appointed southern NSW region sales representative and he states that the entire management, sales and engineering teams at BCI pride themselves on developing and maintaining personal contact with each customer, building a supportive and cooperative partnership to produce the best results.
These team-based partnerships ensure that the vehicles meet the customers design, quality and delivery deadline expectations.
“Since its beginning BCI has been responding effectively to the requirements of its clients being able to supply one bus or a whole fleet that can be customised to an operation’s needs.” Cameron says.

“The only assumption we make is that our clients are entitled to expect that their transport requirements will be met with the utmost professionalism, efficiency and reliability.”
Today, most BCI vehicles boast around 2/3 of Australian content*
In 2011, BCI opened a new purpose-built production facility in Xiamen, China.  The new facility offers an increased production capacity, greater quality control, and boasts state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery.  Manufactured buses out of Xiamen are exported to developed markets only.
This enables BCI to provide a competitive international product while still being defined by our stringent Australian design, engineering and production processes (ISO9001 standards).
Our international manufacturing department is led by an Australian technical team who are at the forefront of innovations in bus bodies.
A full range of vehicles from 8 to 14.5 meters are available to be customised to suit your business.  Vehicles designed for schools, mining specifications, route and charter operations are our leading opportunities for clients.  BCI also specialises in ergonomic vehicles to provide improved disabled passenger accessibility, and safety belt supported seats for all school applications.
BCI’s innovative work in the development of galvanized steel, stainless steel and recently launched aluminium bus bodies has created a long running outstanding reputation within the industry.

This exceptional reputation has created the opportunity for an alliance with Mercedes-Benz to develop an elegant collaboration.
The O500R model was born in 2012 and incorporates the flagship Mercedes-Benz chassis, an industry-leading 57 seat BCI body and a stylish new exterior design.
Following the success of the O500R, it is joined by a full product suite ranging from 45 to 63 seats, with low floor and 3-axle options.
